Accessibility Statement
CNP Assurances undertakes to make its website accessible in accordance with Article 47 of Law No. 2005-102 of 11 February 2005.
We are actively working to improve the accessibility and usability of our website, and in doing so, we adhere to a large number of available standards and guidelines.
To this end, we are implementing the strategy and actions detailed in its multi-year plan currently being developed.
This accessibility statement applies to the Open CNP site.
Compliance Status
The Open CNP site is in partial compliance with RGAA 4.1.2 due to the non-conformities and derogations listed below.
Tests results
The compliance audit conducted on 27th of november 2025 reveals that the site's compliance rate is 92% :
- 48 criteria are met
- 4 criteria are not met
- 54 criteria are not applicable
Non-accessible content
Several areas of non-compliance are described in this document, some of which were observed over several pages :
- Some PDF documents accessible from certain pages of the audited sample do not comply with the PDF/UA standard.
- The hierarchy of headings in all pages of the audited sample is not respected. This non-compliance is due to the cookie acceptance popin on each page.
- The close button of the cookie acceptance popin does not have an explicit title.
